Happy Halloween!

I know the group shot is not the best but it is getting next to impossible! As Robin stated, sometimes the outtakes turn out to be favorites...Look at poor Maggie to the right - I just threw all three together and grabed the camera as fast as I could! On top of the fuzzy costumes with ears, she was totally in the dark about what was going on!

On Halloween, Aaron had the opportunity to head to the GA/FL Game in Jacksonville - A Southern tradition that he couldn't ignore! However, this left me with the babies to do trick or treating alone. I have to say, it wasn't easy but we got through it. My plan of action was to feed babies and then gave them all baths beforehand. Around 6:00 had them dressed as "The Three Little Bears" - little did I realize as a first time parent that when I ordered the outfits LAST YEAR that they would be made out of wool! It was nearly 80 degrees Saturday night! Oops!

Off we go!

Here is everyone playing with the pumpkin flashlights that were a hit!

Our new neighbor, Leo, who just moved in this week. He is just about to turn One in November....yay for Wylie! His parents, Connie and Richard, came along and got to meet everyone in Old Towne...it was really nice.

This is a normal crowd that gathers whenever we take the babies out...oh the life of being triplets!

Katie was the first to crash...Maggie wasn't too far after!

Wylie, on the other hand, knew exactly what to do! He ended up staying up for a couple of hours, ate lollipops and helped me pass out candy. What a cutie!

Pumpkin Patch

Aaron and I took the babies out to a pumpkin patch. It was so much fun watching them try to crawl over all the pumpkins (and each other). Now that they are getting a bit bigger, taking them on outings is really cute. Of course, keeping up with all three has become much more interesting!

On our way!

And Maggie who HATED not being able to eat the fur on her jacket! EVERYTHING goes in her mouth!!! Just like a little BillyGoat!

Daddy taking everybody up to the tent

And off they go!

I have no idea how other triplet families get these great pictures of the three babies sitting by pumpkins. You should see all of our outtakes....either one was crying, two were crawling in the other directions or all three are looking down. It is just impossible! I guess it is just part of the ride!!!

Like a bunch of little sea turtles!

Can you believe that we live at the beach and we have never taken the babies out to see it! In all honesty, I was afraid they would eat more sand than anything else but, as usual, they did great!

We have had some really great weather lately. Sunny, warm, a slight breeze...just beautiful! As the babies were napping and I was cleaning the kitchen for the upteenth time, I thought that maybe today was the day. Just as I thought this, the phone rang and it was Shipley wanting to take the babies over to the island! Perfect! We met over at the Coast Guard Station on St. Simons and off we went! The babies LOVED watching the waves roll in. The choo choo wagon worked great on the sand. We ended up working up a good sweat with a long walk also. I love days like this....
