A Real Day Off!

It has been so long since Aaron and I have had the chance to spend an entire afternoon together without the babies. Mom volunteered to watch the trio while we went and played a round of golf. It was wonderful to spend the day outside without any worries. It was a lot of fun!!!!

We had an 8:00 a.m. tee time but spent an hour looking for passes that Dante had to play for free. We never did find them but the course took a gentleman's promise that we wouldn't try to use them again in the future....Gotta love living in the South!

When we finally got on the greens, I was pretty nervous about playing with the fellas. But I actually held my own! We played "Best Ball" and Aaron and I used a few of mine. In the end, we pretended we were 6 again and called the game a tie. It was a wonderful day...Thanks Mom!

Guess Who Aaron Met Yesterday!!!

U.S. Supreme Court Justice - Clarence Thomas

He was in town for a local judge being sworn in and Aaron had the chance to meet with him! When he came home and told me, I thought he was kidding! What a nice opportunity for Aaron!

Up to No Good

As I was finishing dinner tonight, I let the babies play in the playroom by themselves. I could hear them playing and laughing and even thought to myself - "so this is how they are if I am not around."

I would check on them periodically....each time they appeared to have their backs to the door, sitting in a circle under their kitchen playing with toys. All three were getting along beautifully. I let them be.

Finally, when I went in the room, I discovered what was really going on.....

CHOCOLATE!!!! There was a whole box of chocolates sitting ON TOP of the kitchen (I am suspecting that Maggie the Monkey was the ring leader of this one). There was not one piece left that hadn't been biten in half! Not of chance there was room left for dinner...oh well, how can you get mad at these faces!

Lazy Sundays!

After taking the babies to church this morning and then Mom watching them while Aaron and I treated ourselves to a quiet lunch...we decided to break out the sprinklers! The girls loved it....Wylie - not so sure.
